Welcome to OnOrder Inc., doing business as SalesPulse (“the Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
We provide a platform for brands to discover and evaluate retailers based on enriched data. Additional services, such as outreach tools and full-service options, may be available.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Your use of the Platform is subject to compliance with these Terms. You agree not to: (a) Scrape, export, or misuse contact information or retailer data; (b) Share your account with others; (c) Engage in any activity that disrupts or harms the Platform.
Subscription Plan: Access to the Platform is provided via a subscription billed monthly through Stripe. Fees are displayed at checkout. Free Trial: If eligible, you may cancel within the first 7 days without charge. Full-Service Model: If you use our full-service model, a fee of 10% of generated retailer sales will apply.
No refunds will be issued once a billing cycle begins. Users may cancel their subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect personal data to provide our services, including account creation and payment processing.
The Platform is provided “as is” and may contain bugs or incomplete features. Data accuracy (e.g., retailer details) is not guaranteed. We are not liable for losses resulting from Platform downtime, errors, or user reliance on our data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
The Platform and its contents, including all data, features, and branding, are owned by SalesPulse. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Toronto.

We may update the Terms of Service and revise the “Last Updated” date at the top. For material changes, we will notify you via email or on the Platform. By continuing to use the Platform, you accept the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this document periodically.
